Foxiclip's Commissions

Here are the available commissions I will offer. Commission prices below are listed in USD.
Payments are done via PayPal or Ko-Fi, or any UPI app for Indians.
You MUST read the Terms of Service before commissioning me.Commissions will be open with 5 or more slots every 1st day of the month.
The only time I will close my commissions is when my slots are filled up, or for any other reason related to my personal life.

Normal Commission

Simple and normal commission that you can order, just like what you get from every other artist. You can choose any size that you want, and I will get to it!The prices shown are for each character.

  • Headshot/Icon - $5

  • Halfbody - $10

  • Fullbody - $15

  • Addon: Cel Shading - +$5

  • Addon: Patterned/Abstract BG - +$5

  • Addon: Scenic BG - +$10

Emotes and Stickers

You can upload and use these emotes and stickers on your Discord server, Twitch, or any other app that supports it. You can order multiple emotes at once!

  • Single Emote/Sticker - $5

  • 4 Pack (1 emote free!) - $15

  • 8 Pack (2 emotes free!) - $30

Terms of Service

By requesting to commission me, you agree to my Terms of Service.

General Information

  1. Commissions are available on my Ko-Fi for one-character commissions only. For two or more characters, please DM me directly first.

  2. It is recommended to DM me on Discord (foxiclip) before ordering.

  3. Every 1st day of the month, commissions will be open with 5 or more slots, depending on my mood.

  4. You must be 13 or above to order commissions.

Payments

  1. Payments are accepted via PayPal, Ko-Fi, or any UPI app for Indians.

  2. Refunds are not allowed once payment is made.

Workflow & Process

  1. Work usually begins within 1 week of commissioning, unless I’m busy with personal matters.

  2. Initial WIP sketch will be provided for you to make changes. You can revise major changes up to 3 times.

  3. Only minor revisions are allowed during the final stages.

  4. You can ask for updates regarding your order anytime.

  5. WIPs are shared fastest through Discord.

  6. Finished artwork is delivered through Discord (if contacted there) or through email/Google Drive if needed.

  7. Background-less versions can be provided on request.

Usage Rights

  1. You are free to use the commissioned artwork for personal use (icons, banners, reposting, etc.).

  2. Please credit me (foxiclip) when posting the artwork publicly.

  3. Unless you want your order to be private, I will post the finished artwork publicly on my social medias.

  4. You may edit or modify the artwork for personal use, but: You must not claim it as your own work. And you must not use edits to defame me nor for commercial purposes.

  5. My artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training, or similar uses under any circumstances.

  6. If unsure whether a use counts as commercial, please DM me to check.

Refunds & Cancellations

  1. No refunds are allowed once payment has been made. Due to PayPal restrictions in my country, I’m unable to issue refunds. This may change in the future.

  2. I aim to complete commissions within 1 month.

  3. Time of completion may be affected by factors such as the complexity of the artwork, my workload, and any personal factors that may arise.

  4. Potential delays due to IRL factors will be informed as soon as possible.
